Made by hand in Holland, the Opera Tent Trailer is definately ‘cool camping’ ! The Opera is built from hardwood, stainless steel and leather and costs just over £20,000. So what do you get for this price?
To begin with it measures 7m long , 3m wide and 3.5m high and is ready to use in less than 5 minutes, it levels itself electronically and there is no need for pegs or tent poles.
The Opera has 2 beds that can be transformed into a double bed, a private ceramic toilet and two sinks, a 36 litre refrigerator, a 30 litre water tank and water pump, LED floor lighting and even a teak veranda. The Opera also has a boiler that supplies hot water to the outdoor kitchen and the exterior shower, an express maker, hot air heating, 2 cupboards, and a wine storage cabinet as well as baggage and clothing storage.
